Job description

Responsibilities

  • Manage administrative, organizational, and financial tasks in the office.
  • Coordinate meeting logistics, including invitations, documents, filing, and minutes.
  • Maintain databases and facilitate communication with ECA members.
  • Provide IT support and liaise with external consultants.
  • Assist with website updates, social media, data research and publication layout/design (as needed).

Requirements:

  • Proactive, organized, IT-savvy, and passionate about new technologies.
  • Bachelor’s degree in communications, languages, administration or related fields.
  • Excellent English writing skills (French/Dutch is a plus).
  • At least 1 year of experience in meeting organization, database management, and MS Office tools (knowledge of MS Azure, MS Forms, and Zoho is an asset).
  • Legal work permit and residence in Belgium.
